The calendar has your November board meeting and December members' meeting, the dues page has this year's $177 assessment, and the open space gets its own place next to the Hollofield trails.

The Public / Signed in switch at the top shows the members-only side: a directory and map of the neighborhood with a made-up household at every address.

When are dues due?+

This year's annual assessment of $177 is due by April 1, 2026, online or by mailed check. Payments postmarked April 1 or before won't incur late fees.

How do I submit an architectural application?+

Signed-in members can submit one online, along with requests for the board's attention.
